Chen Yi Technology fabricates sheet metal parts for server racks, GPU cabinets and electronics enclosures: rack frames, side panels, perforated doors, cable trays, chassis and brackets. We build to your drawing in SUS304, SUS316, AL6061 and AL5052, with thickness as specified. Sheet metal and CNC machining come from one supplier, from prototypes to production.

Frequently asked questions

Can you make only some of the rack parts?
Yes. You can order single parts such as side panels, doors, cable trays or brackets, or the complete set of rack sheet metal parts together with CNC-machined parts.
Which materials and thicknesses do you work with?
Material and thickness follow your drawing. For rack parts we commonly use SUS304, SUS316, AL6061 and AL5052. Our published standard ranges are SPCC 0.8–20 mm, SUS304 0.8–4.0 mm and AL5052 1.0–5.0 mm; SUS316, AL6061 and other thicknesses are evaluated per drawing.
Will my drawings and company information be kept confidential?
Yes. We do not publish customer names, drawings or product photos, and we can sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) when required.
Do you accept prototypes and small batches? What is the lead time?
Yes. We take single prototypes, small batches and production runs. Lead time depends on the parts, quantity and surface finish, and is quoted together with the price.
How do I send an inquiry in English?
Email your drawings (DWG, DXF, STEP or PDF) with material, thickness, quantity and surface finish to service@chenyiautomation.com. We reply by email.
